We got the friendly welcome from P Maimoon and P Nich. We really enjoy the stayed, and the welcome drink is so so good it’s suitable with the summer weather during this April. And about the service is great 10/10 from the friendly and kind staffs.

I would like to recommend to stay in Novotel in Phuket. Best location in old town. Easy to hang out at night. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would like to thanks to Maimoon and Nich for help us for checking in the hotel.

The hotel chain is well known, I have stayed in many while on business. I was expecting much more value for money. Very clinical room, not very nice but worst of all quite dirty! Because I stay in about 20 hotels each year, I think I can make a fair judgement. I was on vacation this time and stayed for 6 nights. The room cleaning staff do thier thing but the walls and behind the bed where full of stains and dust from months. For a €120+ per night one can get much better accommodations. The hotel is so so . The pool aria is full of bird excremental clean that too please.
